The Making of a Mural by Siggi Eggertsson for Iceland Design Centre by Iceland Design Centre Graphic designer Siggi Eggertsson has designed his first full-wall mural for Iceland Design Centre. In place of a traditional sign post, we wanted to add something interesting to the Reykjavik cityscape – known for its beautiful urban art – and to put the Iceland Design Centre on the map. SWR took care of the painting and there were plenty of curious passers-by, peeking over the shoulders of the painters. In the afternoon, we invited our friends to join in a party to celebrate summer – and our new, beautiful wall painting. Take a look at the mural in the making!
